I have a very hectic rest of my week ahead, so I decided to take a very rare day of rest and relaxation for myself. I don't do this very often, because I don't do it very well. it is difficult for me to just stop. The other thing, which I had forgotten, is that doing nothing makes you physically feel like crap! I feel like I have been beaten to a pulp! I have a low grade headache, my joints hurt, I have no giddyup. It's horrible! The one thing that I do know after being here a few decades is that living is moving. The more you move, the better you live. So, it is 9:15pm and I am calling an end to my do nothing day. It is time to get busy so that I can feel better!
